A very good alternative to MOC is Microsoft's own ALS (Academic Learning =

Series) courseware. It really dfepends how you are going to teach the=20
course. ALS are usually used in academic settings where students are =
in=20
class for a full semester. MOC works better for those 5 straight 8 hour =
day=20
classes go because the ALS series are much more detailed.
