I'm wondering if there is any reasonably standard
information on how much an MCT makes for teaching a
Microsoft 3 day, 5 day etc. course?

These courses cost $1000ish per attendee. The trainer
invests 3-5 days. Is there any info anywhere on what an
MCT makes for this?
