Hi Paulo,

If you join the MCT program today, you will be paying
to join the 2003 program, and you will have to pay
again to renew to the 2004 program in a month.
In other words, your first payment is good for only
a very short period of time.

You may consider to hold your application until 1 Oct.
Then you can pay once and join the 2004 program.
