Select (highlight) what you need to copy:
click with your mouse at the beginning, hold down the
mouse button and drag over the rest then release the mouse
button when all text to be copied is selected
position your mouse WITHING this selection, click the
right mouse button once to access the short menu and then
click "copy"
switch to the document you want to paste the text into,
right click there and select "paste" from the short menu
that appears
above all - keep asking, nobody is going to laugh as we
all have been there :-)
