Windows Server 2003 and Boot Diskettes

I have been trying to connect to a Windows Server 2003 box
that I just installed with a network boot diskette. I
cannot connect using the "Net Use" statement from the
machine that I booted up with the diskette. I can issue
net use statements from Windows 2000 and Windows XP to the
Windows Server 2003 box successfully. I am trying to prep
for a class, any suggestions.
