Help to find 2710 Course Preparation Checklist

Hi folks,

I'm preparing course 2710b. In page iii of the
Introduction Module it reads: "To prepare for this course,
you must complete the Course Preparation Checklist
that is included with the trainer course materials."

I've looked for this checklist in the trainer materials
CD, however I've not found it. Can some one help me by
pointing me to the right place to look for it?
