For anyone who can help. I'm planning on conducting
training for users who already use Outlook 2000 via POP3
hosted elsewhere. We are implementing Exchange2k and
upgrading to Outlook 2002.

They already have a feel for outlook, how do I determine
the training needs for an "upgrade". Was planning on a
survey, but not sure where to start.
