1. Does a course like "CTT+ Train the Trainer" meet the option 2 requirement
for "Demonstrate Instructional Presentation Skills"?
2. The requirements state that the MCT must attend a CTEC course in the last
12 months and it SHOULD be the course you want to teach. MUST it be the
course you want to teach? and is the MCT required to attend THE course for
each of the course he will teach?

Yes

No

No. Once your certified, you are certified to teach any course (which is of
cpurse subtly different from actually being qualified to teach them!)

In my experience, different types of classes vary slightly -- attending a
short introductory course for junior administrators would probably be
inadequate preparation for someone who wants to be a developer trainer, for
example.
