| How can you remove a mailbox in 2k3, who's account has
been deleted? Currently I have no answers.

| Right click over the Mailboxes container in the Store, and then run the
Mailbox Cleanup, leave it for a few minutes and then a red X will appear
next to the mailbox that has been deleted, you can then right click over the
mailbox and select Purge.
