Hi everyone,

I wanted to gather some feedback about MCT teaching mainly on the
developpement teaching side.

How do you find the job ? Is it interesting / hard / boring ? What are the
good / bad things to watch for ? What are the main quality of a MCT teacher
? ... I am a developper and I never teached, do you think it's hard to get
on ? Is it a good choice to switch from developper to trainer ? What are the
main qualities required for this kind of job ? Do you need to know
everything inside out and more about a subject you teach ?

I know these are lots of questions but I want to get some feedback because I
might choose this path instead of a current developpement path , I already
thanks in advance for answering.

Regards,
John
