Author Windows 2000 Professional IE/ Outlook Printing Problem

I am running Windows 2000 Professional w/ sp4.

I cannot print from either Internet Explorer (ver 6) or
Outlook 2000. It was working fine for the last few years,
then I noticed it wasn't working. I know I sound like a
novice, but I don't know what changes I made to my system
prior to the problem.

I can print fine from Word or Excel, Etc.

I reasonably sure it is a simple registry setting. I
checked the TEMP variable and it seems correct.
Does anybody have any suggestions about what I am
overlooking?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

What is the error, if any?

Some suggestions:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Po
licies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Restrictions]
"NoPrinting"="1"

We have a person (XP, IE6-sp1) who can't print. Her error is:
Internet Explorer Script Error .... then it says something about c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg (sorry - don't have it in front of me). If anyone fixes it, please post!!
