I am MCSE and have an offer to be a MCT.

One of requirements is to hold a lecture and this lecture will be measured
from a commission, so they can see am I a suitable person for trainer..

As I heard in commission will 2 managers from CTEC-s and one person from
Microsoft.

Can anybody tell me something more about this measurement!?!
