| Hello,
I just have a quick question regarding MCSE/MCT.
What are the requirements for a location that's offering
MCSE courses?
I was under the impression that you need AT LEAST ONE
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) on location before you
can offer ANY MCSE courses.
Can someone please confirm whether this is true or not?
I've been looking for a page on Microsoft's website that
explains the rules for offering MCSE courses, but have
been unable to locate anything. If anyone has a link they
could send me regarding this subject, please do so.
Thanks in advance,

| It depends what you mean by MCSE courses, lots of companies offer MCSE
training and use courseware other than the official Microsoft courseware or
they are a Microsoft Certified Partner (not a CTEC) and in which case the
courses do not have to be delivered by an MCT.
If the course is being run at a Microsoft Certified Training Center, then
they must use the official Microsoft courseware and the course must be
delivered by an MCT, I am not 100% sure if they actually need an MCT on
staff to be a CTEC or whether they just need to have an MCT associated with
them.
There are lots of regulations regarding the use of the official Microsoft
courseware and I would suggest you contact your local Microsoft Service
Center to check on the regulations.

It depends on whether the center is a CTEC or not... |
