MCT Download Center Problems

| Has anyone experienced problems with the MCT Download site
for MOC. I have not been able to download anything for 3
months!!! When I get to the download page and select the
items,then click download button. Nothing happens.
Microsoft support says the Active X files for File
Transfer Maager are corrupt but give no answer on how to
uninstall or reinstall this program. Has anyone
experienced any problems like tihs?
