Data in Client table can't be seem in other forms

I down loaded data from an Excel spreadsheet into the Client Information
table. When I tried to use the find button a form to pull up a client name or
SSN. I get an error message "can't find or replace. I can input from the form
but can not get the information that is already in the database. do I need to
write a marco or code for the information to popuate to all of the other
forms. I want to be able to put in the SSN and the person that SSN number
belong to the information will com up so I can update or add information to .

Not sure what technology you are using (besides Excel), but you are in the
