Inside sql server is an excellent book and is way above what is
covered (and required) to pass this exam.
Everything required to pass this exam is contained within the bol, if
you've worked with the product for any length of time, you're there
already.
Professional sql server 2000 programming from wrox press is excellent
(as are all the books i've read from wrox). I had the first edition
four years back, not sure if there has been a second (or third)
edition.
