| i think that the key of the question is where it said
that "You want to minimize the workload on the
publisher/Distributor", so if you put the files in the
publisher server and a pull subscription, it will we have
more work, that if you put it in another file server, that
doesn`t have the sql server.
that is my opinion why i will choose C - D.
