I am currently taking the MCDBA. Would buying the SQL 2000
Developers edition help me in anyway with my studies or
would I need to purchase the enterprize etc edition to get
the most out of my studies? I just started with the
networking portion and will be taking the SQL portion in
two weeks. I was hoping to get by with the windows 2000
eval copy and buying the SQL 2000 developers edition to
pratice with. Any ideas on this?

The dev edition ($50) will give you access to all the features you need to
study for the exams. It might help to have multiple machines, etc. But the
dev edition has what you need
