What may be some of the basic problems I would run into
migrating from Access to SQL?

I have approx 8 + years in Access and less than 1 year in
SQL.

Would this be enoughexperience or would I be able to hack
through it? Or would I need moreexperience in SQL?

What areas would I need more lessons in to make this more
effective.
