It takes about a month to receive this, depending on your
location. I would suggest you to contact your exam center
after this period.

if u hav taken ur exam thru PROMETRIC then u can always log on to http://www.prometric.com/default.htm & see all the exams u hav taken or schd.

or if u hav taken ur exam thru then u can always log on to taken http://www.vue.com
& see all tthe exams u hav taken or schd.

MS hav changed its policy of sending certs now they will email u 2 confirm the mailing address, further more u can alway drop an email to MCPhelp@microsoft.com
