Hi All

I'm just about to take my first exam 70-229 on the way to
becoming MCDBA qualified and have a few questions I'd like
to throw out to the forum.

I've worked as a DBA ( mainly Sybase but also SQL 2000 )
for a couple of years and have SQL 2000 set up on my home
PC and laptop. I've been studying from the 'McGraw Hill
Osbourne' Study Guide for the 70-229 exam. I've been
through the book a couple of times and have done the Q &
A's and the text exam.

My Questions are :-

1) Is this level of study enough ?
2) As I understand it the exam has 44 questions and the
passmark is 700 - how many questions answered correctly
does this equate to ?
3) Can someone confim how much time is given for the exam
4) Is there a site that will show me how the exams are
laid out ? I'm wondering if it's the same as the exam on
the CD I have in the Study Guide I'm using.

Cheers
Steve

Steve, what's the ISBN of that book? I picked up a Mcgraw hill MCDBA study
guide and ended up taking it back as I thought it was horrible. Any topic
that you see listed as something you need to know at www.microsoft.com/mcp
you should know how to do it on a server as well as the concept behind it.
