And also, if I created a stored procedure such as aa_procedure, how the
other user refer to this procedure ?

If you are a DBO, "exec aa_procedure", if you are not a DBO, exec
yourusername.aa_procedure

If you have assigned parameters to the stored proc they can call these in
order or by specifying the param name.
