Graduate numbers for MCDBA in UK
|

| Kim Lindsay 2003-07-15, 1:24 pm |
| I am a marketer researching how many people graduate in
the UK with the following qualification: Microsoft - MCDBA
I am working on behalf of a training company in the UK,
who wishes to gather information to enable them to decide
whether they should expand their courses for these
qualifications.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

| www.mcpmag.com has the complete listing by country and certification.

Completely inaccurate listing. The values only reflect those few
people who bother to post their details.

| I won't say it is a completely inaccurate listing. About 8% of the MCP's
have registered their details, which makes it a somewhat worthwhile sample.
At least you can get a order of magnitude figure out of it, and it is the
only such information available AFAIK.

I have not put my details on there, but from what I'm told you can put
what you like for your details, true or untrue. To me that makes 'a
sample' totally useless, rather like those salary surveys - I always
put down $250,000 p/a as a 'help desk technician'. Data has to be
consistent and accurate to have any meaning at all.
