Yesterday, I got my MCDBA. I'll suggest you to start with
SQL Server papers first (one paper is implementation and
second is administration) and then Window 2000. I always
followed the Microsoft Press books for preparation. You
can get the list from Microsoft's web site
(Microsoft.com/traincert) .
