when you are already mcse 2000 and you have 70-216 and 70-
215 you only need two sql server exams. Before youb also
needed 1 elective more datawarehouse/vb/visual
studio/foxpro but that is not neccessary anymore.

So I became (after mcse nt 4) first mcdba (I had taken 2
sql, 3 core and 1 design) and a few weeks later a became
mcse 2000 (with 70-217).

It is still not clear what mcse 2003 will mean. I think
the sql server 7 exams (the 2 exams I took and also made
me sql server 2000 dba !!!) will be discontinued. You have
to take sql server 2000 (2 exams) or the upcoming sql
server 2004 exams.
