Good day folks. I'm new to the MS Certification process.
Of all the things i'm sure i'll be inquiring about in the
future, one particular thing that's curious to me is
Microsoft's apparent "new grading" system, where a
simple "Pass/Fail" supplants the previous numerical
scoring. I would value opinions as to why MS has chosen
this method over providing actual numerical exam results?
For example, when comparing to a typical A-F grading
method, a "Pass" can be a 70% (C-) OR a 99% (A+). If i
were a potential employee / evaluator, i would be MORE
interested in a numeric score than a simple "Pass."
Anyway, thanks for your time folks, and have a good
day/night. "I'll Be Back ...."

Microsoft is trying to curb braindumping and exam cheating with the new system, or so I've heard.
I personally think employers and interviewers look beyond the 'test' scores when evaluating the
interviewee.
