Experience with measureup ?!

| Hello!
I just want to ask you about your experience with
the products of measureup. I plan to purchase the
Cert Prep Products
70-229 and 70-315.

So my unanswered questions are:
What about registering the product?
Do I have to do it online?
Will I receive a serial-number?
What happens if I have to install the software again, due
to a system-crash or the purchase of a new notebook?
I am asking this because I have heard that transcender
will allow you only to install it one time on one special machine,
which is secured by using a system-ID which is unique for _this_
windows-installation. (BTW: is this correct at all?!)
And I just want to be sure that I have no limitation in installing it
again, in case I have to. (As with all other applications that you and
me are used to.)
Last question: Is there a vital difference between buying a cd-version
or the download-version of these products?

However stringent the security of Transcender may be, their products are
actually very similar to the actual exams in style of questions and
difficulty, where other products (including measureup) are far removed from
the actual exam. I consider all test exams other than transcender a waste of
money.
