What are the benefit that we are going to get being a MCDBA?

And it might help you get a job easier, I would prefer to hire people who
have an MCDBA for example. Not that I think having an MCDBA makes you a
great DBA or database developer by definition, but more because there are so
many people out there who pretend that they know a lot about SQL but don't,
and at least people with an MCDBA will have a decent base level.

| In my welcome kit, it had an application for 500 dollars off the MSDN
Universal subscription.
The application also stated that it expired June 2002. Seemed weird since I
just got the MCDBA this month.
I sent it in anyway.

| Check out MSDN Universal on eBay. You can get legit subscriptions this way
for A LOT less; around $1000 give or take. I bought mine this way and have
been VERY happy with it.
