Happy holidays, my friend:
I have trouble following 70-229 ebook chapter 14 Exercise 1: Capturing Events Using SQL Profiler
To generate SQL Server activity and run a trace, I just can not see anything appears on the trace after generating SQL Server activity.
I already successfully followed the instruction of newing a trace template fiirst, then the new trace file has the same property set up as template. I set the trace file to trace the query analyzer in the 'lke' block, but there is nothing shown up after t
he query analyzer runs. What could possibly went wrong?
Did anyone have the same problem and then solved it? It will greatly appreciated if you could help me out here.
