I don't know anything about SQL Server. But I understand SQL when I studied
in college last semester. I used to work with MS Access. is it hard to get
MCDBA for someone like me, I don't have extraordinary skill in programming
such as C,C++,etc, but I do understand SQL and I'm good in Networking. How's
my prospect in MCDBA. I need suggestion.

If you understand SQL with some studying you could attempt the 229 exam, for
the 228 exam (admin) you need to learn an intimate knowledge of SQL Server.
BOL is your friend, download it and start studying
