I took MCSE in NT4 a long time ago, there were no
braindumps, the exams were new. However it wasnt long
before braindumps became available and now there are
400,000 MCSE's in NT 4 most of whom have very few real
life skills in operating, and maintaining NT servers
especially in depth fault diagnosis and resolution.

Their approach in event of a problem???? Very often
rebuild it. C'est la vie.

The W2k exams were proposed, along with retirement of NT4
MCSE to get rid of paper MCSE's. Did they hell. There are
braindumps out there now for 2000 which give exactly the
answers scenarios and case studies as in the exams, anyone
with an ounce of sense and an internet connection can find
them.

Even though I don't use them, as I wish to know what I
dont know, and for example they aren't available when I
take the exams, e.g. MCSA charter members couldnt get
braindumps as they werent out yet, I do resent the fact
that with little effort complete nerds can get the exams
by "cheating"

This has led to an increase in supply over demand and
forced market rates down (see MCP online mag for proof)

Current technology means that every exam could be
generated, questions would be of the same type, but the
scenarios and answers different every time. It's not
difficult. Question pools could be maintained and updated
every month. In fact everyones test could be individual.
That would mean you had to prepare for the tests.

Come on Microsoft, we know its a great revenue earning
stream for you, but you are losing credibility. You know
braindumps exist with exact questions and answers so you
know your exams have been compromised. Any examination
board in the world who knew this as a fact would withdraw
those papers.

Rather than try and close the braindumps down, assume they
exist and change your exam format NOW! Make braindumps
useless by making your exams secure failure to do so lets
down all of your real supporters and those who worked hard
to get their certifications. Ive had mine since 1996 at
the time my employers were impressed, this year my
employer gave away 30 exam vouchers as no one here rated
the exams. Thats how low respect for the certifications
has fallen and it will fall further unless Microsoft does
something about it.
