| Hello,
I am an A+ Technician and I have a few clients for computer repair and small
network setup. I am just wondering, what are the common tools used by A+
Technicians to fix problems promptly. In otherwords, what are the software
and hardware tools you guys use to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
I would appreiciate all comments and discussions.

| Dilash,
There is a good number of tools available at a company called Mirco2000.
These were made for PC technicians. It looks like if these tools were used,
it could save a considerable amount of time.
Go to www. micro2000.com
Thanks,
