best lead to use from my video card in my p.c to my T.V?

anyone know what lead would give me the best picture?

I'm using a Geforce MX400 graphics card.

I have been using an old S-video lead to scart I found laying around, it
gives off a
reasonably good picture apart from some fuzzy lines that no matter what
adjustment I make I cant get rid off.

any ideas?

I have no S-video output on my t.v, just scart, aerial and phono outputs.
