I have a apple laptop that takes 24 volts from the ac adapter, I think
on a plain it would be a cigerate thing and a plug to the computer.
Other places use a 24 volt 7 amp sla battery from a scooter that is
not worth riding but its a lug but last forever. None of this is very
practical though, more odd I would say.

| Most Air Lines have power for your laptop. You can buy the connections from
Radio Shack. For Car travelling I suggest an inverter (Radio Shack have them
too).
