Am I to believe that getting 52% correct on the a+ hardware is a passing
score? 515 minimum score in a 100-900 point range?
What's wrong with this picure?

Nobody knows how the exam is scored except comptia. Stop worrying about it.

Don't know where you have got the percentage from. The 515 score seems
familiar though and that is the only thing that is originated from COMPTIA.
