Aida reportd that the L2 cache (level2/secondary) cache is 0, which will
result in a performance penalty.

To what & where do I change this ?

In the Ami bios setup the only cache choices are Internal & External and
they can be either enabled/disabled

So enable them both in the BIOS. That's how I have mine set up.

Yes, they are both enabled but I still get that report from Aida32 and was

That's probably all that you can do; what kind of CPU? The report from
AIDA might be wrong.

I think the question is settled by this info -
"> The Cyrix 6x86L does not have L2 cache on die.

Aida was too kind. It should have laughed and told you to have gotten a
new system (or at least a new CPU).

True enough. I'm tweaking it for a friend.
