How to get rid of PassItOn pop ups and insinuating itself onto my internet start up

I have kids who get on my computer and download things a lot. I have
been getting pop ups from pass it on and it changes my webpage startup
on internet options to their site. I've tried going to the registry
to delete it but can't find it. Do you know if it is under another
name and how I can get rid of it? I've tried several search engines
and nothing has helped.

Try spybot search and destroy this detects and deletes all kinds of spyware,

If that doesn't work try scanning your system with PC/Cillin Housecall, its
a free Virus Scan
