| There's a PC at work which comes up with a Primary Hard Disk Fail error.
However there are a few files on that hard drive that we need to get from
it. Anyone know how I can do this.

| It depends how badly it has failed. You may be able to
hook it up to a different machine as slave and retrieve
your files that way. I take it that you don't have a
backup.
