Author Question about A+ certification book

I have the 'All in One A+ Certification Exam Guide Edition 2. Will
this book be good enough? I hear the test isnt real hard. I have a
real good knowledge of computers. I was wondering how much of the test
covers the not so used machines like 486's and stuff. Is the test
divided up anyway? How many questions is it? What score do i need? How
much is it?

thanks for any help

It is too bad you don't have a real good knowledge of adverbs. Hoooooo!!!
Couldn't resist. No, I just had to.
Anyhow, I used the third edition. If I recall there is a pretty big
difference between the second and third editions.
I had no old hardware questions, but a few old OS questions. The other
information you can find on www.comptia.org.

Brad, I don't believe Win2k is covered in the book. It probably has
some value, but I would suppliment it with a good knowledge of win2k
Professional. I recieved several questions on it, when I tested a year ago.
