Author Any idea on weekend jobs?

I have a full-time computer job. It pays $15 an hour. But
I'm not making enough to be able to pay rent and have a
decent life. So I am thinking maybe I can use my weekend to
make a little more. I thumbed newspapers and searched
monster.com. Not too many weekend jobs are available. So I
think I might not be at the right place. Where and how can
I find some weekend jobs? Thanks.

Sometimes ISPs use technicians for weekend tech support. I know that we do
sometimes.

make your own!! Purhaps, in time, you would have enough customers to quit
the $15/hr job!

Might want to make sure this part-time endeavor does not cause a conflict of
interest with your current position. Alot of employers (if most or all)
have employees sign a conflict of interest agreement.

Good luck!

i'm in the same spot sort'ave ... posted resume on Monster myself. a
friend of mine told me that he posted his on net temps - contract work and
he's been successful in finding projects that way - thought i'd pass it on
even though i haven't gotten work yet this way - just posted my resume
yesterday afternoon though!

What kind of work are you looking for? You could wash cars, dogs or
sidewalks. You could cut grass for the little old lady down the street. Or
maybe establish a lemonaide stand... The possibilities are endless...

$15 an hour? That's more than "enough."

Most people don't make anywhere near that.

Count your blessings.

Now for the glass is half full...

$15 an hour? Should be able to make more than that!

What are your qualifications?

It depends on where you live also. $15 US would be considered a very
good salary in my area of eastern Canada.
