Author What causes Exception EAccessViolation errors?

Anyone done dome research into what causes the above error when running
executables .

In this case we are trying to install an application into win2K, but run
into this message and cannot continue.

Have installed the latest service release 3 , but no changes.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
