| Hi there,
A question for practise..
Everytime when I mistype a url I get the same page on my screen. It's not my
startingpage. Also when I try to get to a hyperlink that no longer exists, I
get the same page..
What can I do to solve this..I tried Adware, Spyware Removers etc..
I run w2k pro
thanks!

| This is probably the same problem you had before with "Lop.com." Here is
and interesting article on Browser and Homepage Hijacking, along with some
proposed solutions: http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/hijacked/. FYI, Ad
Aware 6.0 has a reference file update as of today.
Good luck!

| Hey Zac,
I downloaded the latest update on Ad-aware, but it still doesn't work. Do
you happen to know where I can look in the register to eliminate this? I
cannot get to this page you mention...
Is it possible for you to mail it to me in html format?
thanks a lot!

| Found it!
Ok people. Forget Ad-aware, forget Spybot. All these programms spotted no
spyware!
I downloaded Spyremover from this site
http://www.spyware.co.uk
And it did the trick. It showed 13!!!!! files contaminated with spyware!
It didn't remove them, but showed me how and I did it manually.
Put this one in your favorites; I did!
Anyway thanks for helping out!
cheers,
Wilko
