Word 2000 Toolbar disappeared

| Hello
My client's MS Word toolbar mysteriously disappeared. I know, it sounds
suspect, what DID she do...but I can't seem to get it back.
I rebooted the computer, maximized, minimized the screen, cannot get in the
"back door" by using Alt+F, or Alt+E.
The toolbars in MS Excel and MS Access are working fine.
Admittedly, the PII system is overloaded, and she's due for a brand new box,
but that might not be for another week or 2...
It sure looks like I have to reinstall the app...unless one of you know
something that I don't?
Thanks again!

| If you go to the top of the Ms Word application you can right click next to the
Help word. Once you right click you will see a list of available toolbard.
The ones that are checked (if there are any) are the ones that are currently
being viewed. Click on one to show the toolbar in Word. Let me know how you
make out.

| "Help" was not visible, or available, either. The registry fix on the MS
site worked; pls. see above.
Thank you for responding to my inquiry.

| The registry fix on the MS site worked. Now, a pox on me for not having
looked there before I came here...think I'd know better, by now.
But, thank you for your response.
