Running Win98
IE 6

You can usally Minimize a window by clicking the line at the top right
corner or do a single left click on it, in the task bar.

I am unable to do a single left click on it, in the task bar.to minimize a
window or web page. Does anyone know why?

does this work with other programs like Word or is the problem confined to
IE?

Sounds like you have changed your file view settings. I think it is view /
folder options. I don't have a '98 box to check, but if you have a hunt
through there you will see different options.

It was a setting in the Tweak UI....
In the IE tab the Detect accedental double-click was unchecked....so i
checked it
But i'm thinking this should not have to be checked ... right?
