Author Selecting Startup Programs

I can't seem to find the message anymore and I was hoping someone can help me.

There is a GUI in Windows 2K and XP that will allow programs to be selected on startup. It will show what programs load during startup and you can check and uncheck which ones to load.

Does anyone remember what this was and how to start it? I've seen it once but can't find it now...

The System Configuration Utility (Msconfig)works in 98 and XP. It's not available normally in W2K, but you can load the XP Pro version of msconfig on W2K and get it to work (minus System Restore).

Hope this helps.
