Video Problems with MS mobo

| I recently put in a Mach Speed MZ_830CF motherboard in another system. I
found all the neccesarry drivers online while I'm waiting for MS to send me
another Magic Install Disk (drivers). I am running win98SE. When I restart,
the integrated AGP VGA boots correctly, but when I power cycle after the box
has been off for more than a minute, it starts to boot but then goes to a
blank screen. Then I have to power cycle and it goes to safe mode -- reboot
and get an adapter error message -- I reconfigure display settings again to
get it to work. but like I said; it warm boots fine.
Also If I remove the driver and restart, Windows detects a PCI VGA not an
AGP. But then it installs the sis630/730 video (the correct one.) ???
Also sometimes when I shut the system down normaly an then cold boot, it
runs scandisk as though it powered itself off to quick. ???
I have tried every thing I can think of including all power supply voltage
tests with a meter. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.
A+, Net+ (but allot of good that is doing me here)

| You might want ot check the settings in the Bios. Go through them slowly...
you should find some answers in there.
