would you like to go offline?

| I have a cable connection which everyone knows, always on connection.
I am now getting a message "would you like to go offline?" which gives me
an option to "Work Offline" or "Try Again" Why is this?

| Sounds to me like a timeout on the cable connection. Does this happen
frequent enough to be able to show it to the cable guy, when you call
him back.
