network/computers maintanance contract

| Hi,
I'm in the field for more than 7 years and I decided to open my own company.
I'm thinking to offer my services to small companies who can't afford to pay
for a full time net admin/computer technician.
I would like to visit them on a regular basis for maintenance and whenever
is necessary on call.
I'm wondering if any of you have experience on this kind of business.
Where can I find some contract samples
