| studying from the book and just found out answer to review qt are not
included any suggestions

| First, I'd suggest going to www.course.com and looking up the particular
edition of the book and downloading the student downloads (for some editions
there are extensive corrections to printing errors). Then e-mail support and
request the answers -- ask for the instructor's manual -- it's a series of
Word documents that can be e-mailed to you.
If they aren't of help, let me know which edition (post here) and I'll see
if I can dig up a copy.
