Okay here the scene. I have a dual boot machine(Win98SE and Win2kpro)
Somewhere's along the line the Win98SE part went bad (after a defrag using
Norton) I receive the error message "Bad system disk or system disk error"
(and no I don't have a non-bootable floppy in my drive)on choosing Win98SE
to boot to. I've tried several of the fixes I know, but to no avail. I am
still able to boot into win2kpro with no probs and see all the files in the
win98se partition. I was going to try to set up another dual boot hdd just
like my current hdd and try to reformat the C: reinstall win98se and then
boot of the win2kpro disk and try to repair it's installation. What I am
hoping is that I can reinstall win98se without hading to reinstall win2kpro
again and continue to dual boot. Has anyone tried this with success or do
you have a method that I can fix the win98se partition?

Thank goes to all you respond.
